"Extremely nice ladies who work here. Very helpful and are saving me money now by switching over from Progressive. I have several policies with them including my business one! I highly recommend them. UPDATE: I have been with this office for a long time now. Got my bf to switch over to them as well from Progressive. They hired some new ppl especially the young guy and some other girl who's not the receptionist, well both are extremely RUDE and LAZY!! I was baffled as to how they treated us when we were trying to switch over our current policy to a new one bc we had purchased a new vehicle. The correct thing to do was for the owner to call us back and make things right. But Ashley didn't care. So I switched over to another office where we were treated way better!! Her loss. We had 6 policies in total and were going to add 2 more!"

"Initial experience was very good. I added home and my motorcycle to my policy. Recently upgraded my car to a 2022 same model. I called in advance to request a quote, so I'd know how much the newer model would cost me . The increase based that quote was reasonable. I bot the car, one month later my bank informs I need collision on my vehicle. I had collision on my previous car and I did not request any changes, what's more any insurance agent that doesn't understand the need to provide collision coverage on a vehicle with a lien on it should not be in this business. Now my policy is increased by $300/yr. That my friends is called bait and switch. Plus I drove for a month with no collision coverage and if I had been in a total collision I would owe my bank $16,000.00. This agency is fired."

We'd like to clarify that what you experienced was not a bait and switch tactic, but rather an error during the issuing process. We apologize for the confusion and inconvenience caused by this oversight. When you contacted us to request for a quote for your upgraded car, we provided you with an estimate based on the information provided. However, due to an internal error, the collision coverage was not included when your policy was issued, resulting in a lower premium. We want to assure you that had you been in an accident during the period when collision coverage was inadvertently omitted, we would have honored the coverage as it was on the application when submitted. We understand the importance of having proper coverage, especially when there is a lien on the vehicle, and we apologize for any concern or worry this may have caused. We appreciate your feedback and will use it as an opportunity to improve our process and prevent similar issues from occurring in the future. If you have any further questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to our office. "
